Salutations, comrades. I know you're all out there fighting the good fight, and I appear to be lazing around. Not so, I assure you! My work is now more intensive than ever, and college is looming just around the corner. To ensure none of the work in my portfolio is taken (which isn't to say I won't use anything up already,) my concentration has remained under wraps all year. I suppose it isn't fair of me to be silent for so long, or give you no idea what's going on. So, to give you an idea, I have around 9 pieces yet to be put up. So I know I've been gone for quite some time and I do have some reasoning behind it. After visiting an art college this summer and making a semi-professional looking comic (at least with professional tools) it was rather a kick in the teeth. Learning the tools, inking, process, etc. made me really want to improve my comics from a simple ol' pencil and paper. Instead of upgrading I was rather just discouraged from doing it. I'm not positive in my plans for it. I still have art piled up from last year that I may have, and I'll certainly put something up this weekend.
